On the final day of the Frankfurt Book fair The Guardian have published their Top ten ways to save the publishing industry. It’s a really interesting read and highlights a lot of the thinking that has been bubbling away for the last year or so. One of their suggestions that we are particularly delighted at made it to number 3 – focus on editing and design.
Getting the design right is something that we are experts at and we understand how important it is, especially as the competition for readers increases. We would also like to suggest that getting the right design, consistently across all components, including digital, is of huge significance in capturing the overall brand and identity of your materials – something which will ultimately impact positively on selling and creating a rich visual experience for the consumer.
